Emma Jensen

Emma serves as the Executive Director of the Pima County Medical Society, where she works closely with physician leaders to support advocacy, governance, and member engagement throughout Pima County. In this role, she collaborates with PCMS leadership and the Arizona Medical Association to strengthen organized medicine at both the local and state levels.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Entrepreneurship from Liberty University. Her professional background includes experience in healthcare-adjacent operations, nonprofit leadership support, and organizational communications, bringing a strong foundation in relationship-building, operational coordination, and strategic support for volunteer-led organizations.

Committed to fostering collaboration among physicians, supporting ethical medical practice, and advancing public health, she works to ensure medical societies remain responsive, mission-driven, and well-positioned to serve their members and communities.
