Who is the intended audience?
Arizona physicians, residents, fellows, and medical students are welcome and encouraged to attend! We also welcome healthcare community leaders and stakeholders.
Do I need to be an ArMA member to attend?
No! We invite all Arizona physicians, residents, fellows, and medical students to attend, regardless of membership status. We also welcome healthcare community leaders and stakeholders to join the discussion.
How do I register?
Registration will open later this year. Please check back soon for more information!
What is the dress code for this event?
Attendees are encouraged to wear business casual attire.
Are refunds available if I am unable to attend?
Full refunds will be made for cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event. If you find yourself unable to attend, please reach out to communications@AZmed.org.
Is there a hotel room block for attendees?
A room block at a nearby hotel will be arranged for Annual Meeting attendees and announced closer to the event. Check back on this page for booking details and the discounted group rate link, or watch for an email from ArMA.
Is there parking at the venue?
On-site and nearby parking is available at Creighton University Health Sciences Campus (3100 N Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85012). The campus is also accessible via Valley Metro Light Rail at the Osborn/Central Ave station. Detailed parking instructions will be included in your registration confirmation email.
