This educational activity is designed to update musculoskeletal care providers on current concepts in fracture management, to examine various case controversies in orthopaedic trauma, and to provide strategies to minimize complications in operative fracture management. In addition, the latest developments in the rapidly changing US healthcare environment will be discussed and reviewed.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of The University of Arizona College of Medicine - Tucson and The Arizona Orthopaedic Society.  The University of Arizona College of Medicine - Tucson is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
