The Arizona Medical Association (ArMA) Annual Meeting will be held Friday, June 2, 2017 and Saturday, June 3, 2017. The Annual Meeting marks the inauguration of a new president, elections of officers, and voting on policy and business matters. The President’s Awards Banquet is held on Friday evening to install the new ArMA President and honors the work of physicians, community members and organizations improving health care in Arizona.
The deadline to submit "on time" resolutions for the 2017 House is Friday, April 14, 2017. The Online Forum to comment on the 2017 Resolution will open on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 and will remain open to all ArMA members through the end of business on Monday, May 15, 2017. The Reference Committee will meet on Tuesday, May 23, 2017 and the Reference Committee Report will be posted by the close of business on Thursday, May 25, 2017.
Resolutions may be proposed by the Board, any member of the House, any county society, any committee or section of the Association, the Resolutions Committee, or by any ArMA member or ArMA constituency. All resolutions should be accompanied by a fiscal note where appropriate. If you have questions about submitting a resolution, contact Susan Brown. Resolution are must be submitted by April 14, 2017.
